Registration Form Prior to your trek please download, print and complete the Loch Lomond Pony Trekking registration & Code of Conduct form and bring it with you on the day of the trek. Copies are available for completion should you be unable to complete this form in advance.
We ask that you make yourself aware of the following information and terms and conditions, prior to booking and look forward to dealing with your request.
Treks are scheduled so booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.
All payments should be made in advance of the trek commencing and can be made by either cash or cheque on the day of the trek. *Debit or credit card details require to be taken in order to confirm any booking. Rides cancelled with 48 hours notice prior to a confirmed booking time will not be charged, however any cancellations within 48 hours of a confirmed booking time will be charged at the full amount. For groups of 3 or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. (*please note the bank add a surcharge for debit/credit cards)
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to complete any registration forms and therefore maximise your trek time.
Loch Lomond Pony Trekking reserves the right to decline a booking where the client is deemed to be unsuitable for the activity (unfortunately such decisions only unusually have to be made in the interest of safety).
Please note that during peak trekking times we may not be able to answer all calls, therefore we would ask that you leave a brief message and a contact number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
